Fiducijarna is an adjective used in several South Slavic languages to denote matters relating to fiduciaries or fiduciary duties. It derives from fiducija, which in turn comes from the Latin fiducia, meaning trust. In legal and financial contexts, fiducijarna describes relationships or obligations based on trust where one party (the fiduciary) is obligated to act for the benefit of another (the beneficiary). Common phrases include fiducijarna obveza or fiducijarna dužnost, referring to fiduciary duties of loyalty, care, and avoidance of conflicts of interest.

A fiduciary relationship arises in contexts such as trustees holding assets for beneficiaries, guardians acting on behalf of wards, attorneys managing affairs under a power of attorney, or corporate directors and officers serving in the best interests of shareholders.
