Epärajoitetut is a Finnish adjective form meaning unbounded or unrestricted, used to describe multiple objects that do not have finite bounds. The word is formed from the prefix epä- meaning not, combined with rajoitettu meaning bounded, yielding epärajoitettu and its plural epithet epärajoitetut.

In mathematics, epärajoitetut describes sets, functions, or sequences that lack a finite bound. A set S in the real numbers is epärajoitettu if, for every positive number M, there exists an element x in S with |x| > M. Equivalently, S is not bounded. A function f: X → R is epärajoitettu on X if its range is not bounded, meaning for every M > 0 there exists x in X with |f(x)| > M. A sequence (a_n) is epärajoitettu if the values |a_n| are unbounded, so no finite bound constrains the sequence.
