Electrooxygen refers to a theoretical or hypothetical form of oxygen that is created or manipulated through electrical processes. The term is not recognized in standard chemistry and physics. However, it is sometimes used in discussions related to alternative health theories, where it is often claimed to be a more potent or beneficial form of oxygen, capable of therapeutic effects.

In scientific contexts, oxygen primarily exists as diatomic oxygen (O2), ozone (O3), or atomic oxygen (O). Electrical discharges, such as in corona discharges or plasma, can indeed produce reactive oxygen species, including ozone and other radicals. These species have various applications, including sterilization and water purification. Some proponents of electrooxygen suggest it is a distinct, energized state of oxygen that can be generated and administered to the body for health purposes.

Scientific evidence supporting the existence of electrooxygen as a distinct entity with unique therapeutic properties beyond those of known reactive oxygen species is lacking. Medical and scientific communities generally do not acknowledge electrooxygen as a valid concept.
