Egészségi is a Hungarian adjective meaning related to health, or health-related. It is formed from the noun egészség (health) with the suffix -i, and is used to create compounds that describe aspects of health or conditions connected to health matters. In contemporary Hungarian, the term is most often encountered in fixed expressions and older texts, where it might appear alongside or before a noun to indicate a health-related characteristic.

In modern usage, the more common derivative is egészségügyi, which serves as the standard attributive form for health care and medical contexts (for example, egészségügyi ellátás or egészségügyi rendszer). Despite this preference, egészségi remains productive in certain phrases, especially those describing the state or condition of health rather than the health system or services. Typical examples include egészségi állapot (health status) and, less commonly, egészségi vizsgálat (health examination).

The distinction between egészségi and egészségügyi is primarily stylistic and contextual. Értelmezés szerint egészségi emphasizes the health-related nature of a subject or attribute, while egészségügyi more directly labels things pertaining to health care, medical institutions, or health services. Both forms reflect Hungarian morphology that uses the same root to express different facets of health conceptions in language.
