dygnsrytm
Dygnsrytm, also known as the circadian rhythm, is a roughly 24-hour cycle that influences many biological processes in living organisms, including humans, animals, and plants. This internal biological clock is primarily controlled by the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) in the brain, which receives signals from the eyes about light exposure. Light is the most potent environmental cue, or zeitgeber, that helps to synchronize the dygnsrytm with the external day-night cycle.
The dygnsrytm regulates a wide range of physiological and behavioral patterns. In humans, it influences sleep-wake
