Deciliterinä refers to a deciliter, a unit of volume equal to one tenth of a liter. In written form, it is commonly abbreviated as dl or dL. Since 1 liter equals 10 deciliters, a deciliter is 100 milliliters. The deciliter is not an official SI base unit, but it is accepted for use with SI units as a non-SI unit.

The deciliter is widely used in cooking, beverages and nutrition labeling in many countries, including Finland.
