dAdour
dAdour is a software framework developed in the early 2010s for the analysis of large-scale oceanographic and atmospheric data sets. The name derives from the acronym DYNAMIC ADVECTION-ADJOINT DATA ANALYSIS for Ocean and Remote sensing, coupled with the French river Adour whose catchment area has been used as a benchmark in many marine modeling studies.
