Broskmall is a fictional mixed-use shopping and entertainment complex created as a case study in urban retail design. It is situated in the imaginary city of Eldersgate in the Northern Belt region.

Overview and facilities: The complex covers multiple levels with a pedestrian-oriented podium, a central atrium, a 12-screen cinema, a large food hall, a rooftop garden, and approximately 140 retail units. The design integrates with transit with a nearby light rail stop and bus interchange.

Architecture and design: The project was designed by the firm Lumen & Co.; the architecture emphasizes daylight, ceiling height, and flexible lease space; material palette uses brick, glass, and steel; sustainability features include energy-efficient systems and rainwater harvesting.

Development and operation: The project was developed by Brosk Group and opened in 2013; ownership changed to Eldersgate Commercial Group in 2018; it has hosted community events, art installations, and pilot programs for small businesses.
