biorytmiikan
Biorytmiikka is a pseudoscientific theory that proposes that individuals are influenced by predictable biological rhythms that affect their performance and well-being. These rhythms are believed to operate in cycles: the physical cycle, supposedly lasting 23 days; the emotional cycle, lasting 28 days; and the intellectual cycle, lasting 33 days. According to the theory, each cycle starts at a neutral point and oscillates between periods of high activity and low activity.
The idea of biorytmiikka was popularized in the late 19th and early 20th centuries by Wilhelm Fliess
Despite its historical presence and continued interest in some circles, biorytmiikka lacks scientific validation. Controlled studies
