A Binärsymbol, often referred to as a binary symbol or bit, is the most fundamental unit of information in computing and digital communications. It represents a choice between two mutually exclusive states. These states are conventionally denoted as 0 and 1. In digital systems, these states are physically realized through various means. For instance, in electrical circuits, a low voltage might represent a 0 and a high voltage a 1.
