bacopasaponin

Bacopasaponin is a class of triterpenoid saponins found in plants belonging to the genus Bacopa, most notably Bacopa monnieri, also known as brahmi. These compounds are believed to be responsible for many of the medicinal properties attributed to Bacopa monnieri. Specifically, bacopasaponins are a group of closely related molecules, including bacopasaponin A, B, C, D, and E, each with a slightly different chemical structure.
