Atommozgás, a Hungarian term, translates to "atomic motion" in English. This concept is fundamental to our understanding of matter and its properties. At the microscopic level, all atoms and molecules are in constant, random motion. This ceaseless activity is what gives rise to many macroscopic phenomena we observe in the world.

The state of matter significantly influences the nature of atommozgás. In solids, atoms are tightly packed and vibrate around fixed positions, creating a rigid structure. As temperature increases, these vibrations become more energetic, eventually leading to the transition to a liquid state.
