armfunktion
Armfunktion refers to the complex system of muscles, bones, nerves, and joints that enable the arm to perform a wide range of movements. This sophisticated biological mechanism allows for actions such as lifting, carrying, reaching, manipulating objects, and a variety of athletic and everyday activities. The shoulder joint, a ball-and-socket joint, provides the greatest range of motion, allowing the arm to move in multiple planes. The elbow joint, a hinge joint, permits flexion and extension, while the forearm bones, the radius and ulna, work together with the wrist to allow for pronation and supination, the rotation of the palm up or down.
Numerous muscles, including the deltoid, biceps, triceps, and forearm muscles, contract and relax in coordinated sequences
