Angiograafilised is a term used in Estonian medical radiology to describe findings that are seen on angiography, the imaging method that visualizes blood vessels by injecting a radiopaque contrast agent and recording X-ray images. The word is typically used to indicate that a vessel, lesion, or vascular structure has been revealed by angiographic imaging, as opposed to being identified on non-angiographic modalities such as ultrasound, CT, or MRI.

In clinical use, angiograafilised findings include arterial stenoses, occlusions, aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, vessel dissections, and collateral networks.
