Aggregatform is a conceptual model and software pattern used to collect, harmonize, and transform inputs from multiple sources into a unified representation called an aggregated form. The term is used in data integration, analytics, and information visualization to describe the process of turning disparate data into a coherent, usable form.

A typical aggregatform system comprises a data sources layer, an ingestion and normalization stage, an aggregation engine, and a form generator. The engine applies aggregation operations (such as summation, averaging, union, deduplication, and consensus voting) and resolves conflicts between sources. The form generator outputs structured representations—tables, trees, or graphs—that preserve provenance and support querying. Systems often support incremental updates, streaming inputs, and data governance features such as lineage tracking and access control.

Variants include materialized aggregatforms, which persist the aggregated form for fast queries, and virtual aggregatforms, which compute the form on demand from underlying sources. Aggregatform concepts appear in modern data integration platforms, data fabrics, and event-driven architectures, where the goal is to provide a stable, analyzable view over heterogeneous data.

Applications span business intelligence, risk analysis, scientific data synthesis, and cultural data curation. Benefits include improved comparability and decision support, while drawbacks include potential loss of source detail, sensitivity to data quality, and latency in highly dynamic environments.
