Zyklonen

Zyklonen is a term used primarily in meteorology to describe a large-scale, rotating weather system characterized by low atmospheric pressure at its center. In the Northern Hemisphere, these systems rotate counter-clockwise, while in the Southern Hemisphere, they rotate clockwise. This rotation is a result of the Coriolis effect, which deflects moving air masses.
