Yzma

Yzma is a fictional character and the main antagonist in Disney's 2000 animated film, The Emperor's New Groove. She is a cunning and power-hungry former advisor to Emperor Kuzco. Yzma is characterized by her eccentric appearance, including her tall, slender build, purple skin, and elaborate eye makeup. She is often accompanied by her dim-witted henchman, Kronk.

Throughout the film, Yzma's primary goal is to seize the throne of the Incan Empire for herself. She plots to eliminate Kuzco and take his place as emperor. Her schemes often involve elaborate potions and traps, though they frequently backfire due to her own incompetence or Kronk's misinterpretations. Yzma is known for her dramatic flair and theatrical pronouncements, often breaking the fourth wall to address the audience. Despite her villainous intentions, her plans are often foiled in comical ways, leading to her frequent frustrations and outbursts. Her quest for power is ultimately unsuccessful, and she is defeated by Kuzco and his allies. Yzma has also appeared in the film's sequel, Kronk's New Groove, and the television series, The Emperor's New School.
