Yksityiselle

Yksityiselle is a Finnish grammatical form: the allative singular of the adjective yksityinen, meaning private or personal. In Finnish, adjectives decline to agree with the noun they modify, and when a noun is in the allative case (direction toward), the adjective takes the same ending, producing yksityiselle.

The form is used to indicate direction toward or for a private entity, person, or sector. It often appears together with a noun in the allative, such as sektorille, yritykselle, or henkilölle. For example: tuki ohjattiin yksityiselle sektorille (the support was directed to the private sector), sopimus tehtiin yksityiselle yritykselle (the contract was made with a private company), and avustus kohdennettiin yksityiselle henkilölle (the aid was directed to a private individual).
