Windthat

Windthat is a term that refers to a specific type of windmill used for grinding grain into flour. The term is derived from the Dutch word "windmolen," which means windmill. Windthat mills are typically found in rural areas and were a common sight in the Netherlands and other parts of Europe until the mid-20th century. These mills are characterized by their large, tall towers and four or more sails that catch the wind to turn the mill's blades.
