Väärsidesust

Väärsidesust, a Finnish term, translates to "wrong-sidedness" or "malposition" in English. It generally refers to a condition where a body part or object is not in its correct or expected position. This can apply to a variety of contexts, from anatomical abnormalities to the placement of inanimate objects.

In medicine, väärsidesust might describe a congenital anomaly where an organ or limb develops on the incorrect side of the body, or it could refer to a surgical complication where a device is inserted in the wrong orientation. For example, a misplaced medical implant would be an instance of väärsidesust. It can also describe the position of a fetus during pregnancy, where a breech presentation is a form of väärsidesust.
