Viscositymodulating

Viscositymodulating refers to the process or capability of altering the viscosity of a fluid. Viscosity, a measure of a fluid's resistance to flow, can be influenced by various factors including temperature, pressure, and the addition of specific substances. Viscositymodulating techniques are employed across a wide range of industries and applications.

In the context of fluids, viscositymodulating can be achieved through physical means, such as heating or cooling a substance to change its molecular movement and thus its flow characteristics. For example, heating oil makes it less viscous, allowing it to flow more easily. Conversely, cooling it increases its viscosity.
