Verbuvázás

Verbuvázás is a Hungarian noun describing the act of recruiting and organizing a group of people or resources for a common purpose. The term is closely related to verbuválás, formed from the verb verbuválni, meaning to recruit or mobilize, with the -ás nominal suffix. While verbuválás is the standard form, verbuvázás appears in some dialects or historical texts and is generally considered a variant rather than a separate concept.

The meaning of verbuvázás overlaps with recruitment, mobilization, and cadre-building, and it can be used in contexts such as political campaigns, military preparations, NGO deployments, or organizational planning. The distinction between the standard form and this variant is mainly orthographic and diachronic rather than semantic.
