Vellari is a fictional island nation created for worldbuilding and reference in comparative studies of small-state governance. In this construct, Vellari is a constitutional monarchy with a democratically elected parliament. The capital is Nareth, and the population is estimated at about 1.2 million. The official language is Vellari, with regional communities speaking Arin and Luse.
