Veendutakse

For example, Veendutakse, et uuringu tulemused on usaldusväärsed ("It is believed that the study results are reliable").

Examples: Veendutakse, et kõik vajalikud dokumendid on esitatud. (It is confirmed that all necessary documents have been submitted.) Veendutakse, et antud meetmed vähendavad riski, kuigi täpsed mõjud võivad varieeruda. (It is asserted that the given measures reduce risk, though the precise effects may vary.)

Nuances: The form emphasizes a reported or generally accepted conclusion rather than a specific agent. It is therefore common in journalism, summaries, and formal arguments where neutrality and hedged presentation are desired. It should not be confused with актив verb forms that name actors or with more definite verbs like kinnitatakse, which explicitly states confirmation by identifiable sources.
