Veebilehekülgi, often referred to as web pages, are documents accessible via the internet using a web browser. These pages are typically written in HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and can contain a variety of content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements. They are fundamental to the World Wide Web, allowing users to access and share information globally.

Each web page has a unique address, known as a URL (Uniform Resource Locator), which directs browsers to its specific location on a web server. When a user enters a URL into their browser or clicks on a hyperlink, the browser requests the page from the server. The server then sends the page's code back to the browser, which interprets it and displays the page to the user.

Web pages can be static, meaning their content remains the same until manually updated, or dynamic, where content changes based on user interaction, time of day, or other factors. Dynamic pages are often powered by server-side scripting languages and databases. The design and layout of web pages are commonly controlled using CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), ensuring a consistent and appealing user experience across different devices and browsers. JavaScript is frequently used to add interactivity and enhance functionality.
