ValidatorSerializer

A ValidatorSerializer is a concept often found in software development, particularly within frameworks that handle data validation and serialization. It combines the functionality of a validator with that of a serializer.

A validator's primary role is to check if incoming data conforms to predefined rules or schemas. This can involve verifying data types, formats, ranges, or the presence of required fields. If the data does not meet these criteria, the validator will typically raise an error.

A serializer, on the other hand, is responsible for converting data from one representation to another.
