Valeütlused, also known as value judgments or evaluative judgments, refer to cognitive processes where individuals assess, interpret, or assign meaning to objects, events, or concepts based on subjective criteria. Unlike factual statements, which describe reality as it is, value judgments incorporate personal, cultural, or ethical perspectives to determine what is good, bad, beautiful, just, or desirable.
