Törkeohutus

Törkeohutus is a concept in Estonian law that relates to the assessment of the severity of a crime. It is used to determine the level of punishment that should be imposed on a convicted offender. The term translates to "seriousness of a crime" in English.

In Estonian legal terminology, törkeohutus refers to one of the three key factors that are taken into account when assessing the severity of a crime.
