Tværbundet

Tværbundet is a Danish term that translates to "cross-linked" in English. It describes a process where molecular chains are joined together, creating a more rigid and stable structure. This cross-linking can occur through various chemical or physical means, depending on the material.

In materials science, cross-linking is a fundamental technique used to improve the properties of polymers.
