Tvrtnic

Tvrtnic is a small village situated in the southwestern region of Bosnia and Herzegovina, within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Konjic. The settlement lies at an elevation of approximately 310 meters above sea level, surrounded by gently rolling hills that rise to the Adriatic coastal plain. Its geographic coordinates are roughly 43.9333° N latitude and 18.1333° E longitude.

The history of Tvrtnic can be traced back to the early medieval period, when the area was part of the Bosnian Kingdom. Historical records from the Ottoman era refer to the village as a modest agricultural community, primarily engaged in livestock rearing and subsistence farming. The demographic composition is predominantly ethnic Bosniak, with a minority presence of Serbs and Croats.
