Tulotase

Tulotase, literally “income table” in Finnish, is a term used in Finnish-language sources to describe a tabular presentation of income-related information. It is not a single formal administrative term, but appears in educational materials, tax guides, and financial software to illustrate how earnings affect taxation and net income.

In a taxation context, a tulotase may show the relationship between gross income and the resulting tax bill under progressive taxation, or present different income brackets and the applicable tax rates. In Finland, personal income tax combines municipal tax, state tax, church tax, and social contributions; a tulotase helps visualize how these components change with income and how deductions or credits influence net income.
