Tsuru

Tsuru is a Japanese word that primarily refers to the crane, a bird with significant cultural importance in Japan. The Japanese crane, also known as the red-crowned crane (Grus japonensis), is a majestic bird celebrated for its beauty, longevity, and grace. It is often depicted in art, literature, and traditional ceremonies, symbolizing good fortune, fidelity, and a long life. The image of the tsuru is frequently used in Japanese motifs and designs.
