Trenó

Trenó is the pretérito indefinido (simple past) form of the Spanish verb trenar. It corresponds to the third-person singular subject (él, ella o usted) and indicates a completed action in the past. The accent on the final syllable marks the word’s principal stress in this tense, distinguishing it from other forms that may have the same spelling in present tense.

In modern Spanish, the more common verb used to express the idea of training or conditioning is entrenar. Trenar exists in some dialects or historical registers and is far less frequent today.
