Tiwara
Tiwara is a village located in the Shravasti district of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Administratively it falls under the Tehsil of Mansar and is part of the Kurmuk block. The village is situated approximately 150 kilometres southeast of the state capital Lucknow and about 10 kilometres north of the district headquarters, Shravasti. Tiwara lies at an elevation of around 114 metres above sea level and is positioned near the banks of the Rudra River, which historically has supplied the area with fertile alluvial soil.
