Tiseen

Tiseen is a traditional Thai dessert originating from the northern region of Thailand, particularly the Chiang Mai area. The name "Tiseen" is derived from the Thai word "tī" (ตี), meaning "to pound," and "sēn" (เสน), referring to the sticky rice or tapioca used in its preparation.
