Tikuselt is a fictional town in the northern highlands of the fantasy realm of Eldoria. It is commonly used as a setting in fantasy literature and tabletop role-playing games to illustrate urban life, trade networks, and regional politics.

Etymology uncertain; the name Tikuselt is attributed to various traditions. In some versions it blends an old word for "mouse" with a suffix meaning settlement, while other authors treat it as a proper place name with mythic origins. The town lies beside the Silver River at mid-elevation.

Historically, Tikuselt arose at a river crossing and grew as a market town serving nearby farms and forests. It survived several regional conflicts and was rebuilt after each major disruption. In the modern era it integrates with the realm's administrative structure.

Governance is a council-led system headed by a mayor. The town watch maintains public order, while a chamber of merchants oversees market regulations. The economy centers on crafts, timber, and small-scale trade.
