It literally translates to "tetris handshake" and refers to a handshake where the interlocked fingers create a pattern resembling the falling blocks of the popular video game Tetris. This often occurs when individuals have slightly different hand sizes or grip preferences, leading to an unusual and sometimes awkward interlocking of fingers.
