Tervgazdaságból

Tervgazdaságból is a Hungarian adverbial form meaning "from the planned economy." A ter vgazdaság refers to an economy where production and allocation are determined by centralized plans, with state ownership of the means of production and directives issued by a planning authority. It was a defining feature of many socialist states in the 20th century. In Hungary, the economy operated as a planned system for much of the postwar period, with reforms and liberalization beginning in the late 1980s and accelerating after 1989–1990 as the country moved toward a market economy.
