Tertiäärisäädöksiä
Tertiäärisäädökset are legislative acts that supplement or specify the details of primary and secondary legislation in Finnish law. They are not a formally defined category in the same way as laws passed by Parliament (primary legislation) or decrees issued by the government (secondary legislation). Instead, the term "tertiäärisäädökset" generally refers to a range of administrative instruments used to implement broader legal provisions.
These can include regulations issued by ministries, decisions by administrative authorities, or even guidelines and interpretations
For example, a law passed by Parliament might set out a general principle for environmental protection. A
