Tennas
Tennas is a small municipality located in the eastern part of Estonia, within Jõgeva County. The settlement covers an area of approximately 132 square kilometres and has an estimated population of 2,347 residents as of the 2020 census. The name “Tennas” is believed to derive from the Estonian word “tennu,” meaning “shadow,” a reference to the dense forest cover that once dominated the area.
