Telerik

Telerik is a software company known for its development tools and user interface components. It was founded in 2002 in Sofia, Bulgaria, and grew to offer a broad portfolio used by software teams worldwide. The company’s product lines include Kendo UI, a cross-framework web UI component suite for HTML5 and JavaScript applications; Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX and related .NET UI libraries for WinForms and WPF; and Sitefinity, a .NET-based content management system.

In 2014, Telerik was acquired by Progress Software Corporation and operates as part of Progress. Since the acquisition, Telerik products have continued under the Progress portfolio, with branding such as Kendo UI by Progress and Telerik UI for .NET integrated into Progress’s developer tools. The company maintains development centers in multiple countries, with its headquarters in Bulgaria and regional offices worldwide. Telerik’s products are used to build, test, and deploy enterprise and consumer applications across various industries.
