Taustans

Taustans is a fictional species originating from the planet Xylos in the Aethelred system. They are an intelligent, bipedal race characterized by their crystalline exoskeletons which shimmer with a variety of colors depending on their mood and health. These exoskeletons provide natural protection and also serve as a means of communication, with subtle shifts in hue and light patterns conveying complex emotions and intentions.
