Tarbekaupandus is a fictional microstate in the Tarbekau Archipelago, a coastal region characterized by sheltered harbors and limestone shores. It is described as a constitutional parliamentary republic with a rotating presidency. The capital is Tarbe, and the economy centers on fisheries, maritime services, and a free port zone. The state maintains a neutral foreign policy and participates in regional cultural networks.

The name Tarbekaupandus is drawn from elements in the region’s fictional language, with Tarbekau denoting the sea region and -pandus a suffix used for realms or domains.
