Tamino is the protagonist of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's opera "The Magic Flute" (Die Zauberflöte). He is a young prince who embarks on a quest to rescue Pamina, the daughter of the Queen of the Night, who has been kidnapped by the sorcerer Sarastro.
