Taajuuskiellot
Taajuuskiellot are a Finnish term referring to radio frequency jamming or interference. This phenomenon occurs when unintended signals disrupt or block the intended transmission of radio waves. Taajuuskiellot can be caused by a variety of sources, both intentional and unintentional. Intentional jamming is often employed for malicious purposes, such as disrupting communication systems during military operations or for criminal activities. Unintentional taajuuskiellot, on the other hand, can arise from faulty electronic equipment, adjacent channel interference, or even natural atmospheric conditions.
The effects of taajuuskiellot can range from minor signal degradation to a complete loss of communication.
