Tõmbmehhanism

Tõmbmehhanism refers to a mechanical system designed to generate or transmit pulling force. These mechanisms are found in a wide variety of applications, from everyday objects to complex industrial machinery. The core principle involves converting rotational motion or stored energy into linear motion that pulls a load.

Common types of tõmbmehhanism include winches, hoists, and capstans. Winches typically use a drum around which a cable or rope is wound, powered by a motor or manual crank.
