Tényezterhelések, a Hungarian term, translates to "factor loads" or "factor loadings" in English. They indicate the strength and direction of the relationship. A higher absolute value of a factor loading suggests a stronger association between the variable and the factor.

These loadings are crucial for interpreting the meaning of the factors extracted from the data. Variables that have high loadings on the same factor are considered to be measuring or representing that particular underlying construct. Factor loadings typically range from -1 to +1. A positive loading indicates that as the variable increases, the factor also tends to increase. Conversely, a negative loading suggests that as the variable increases, the factor tends to decrease.
