Szóhelyettesítés

Szóhelyettesítés, often translated as word substitution or lexical substitution, is a linguistic phenomenon where one word is used in place of another. This can occur for a variety of reasons, both conscious and unconscious. In everyday speech, szóhelyettesítés might happen due to a temporary lapse in memory, where a speaker cannot recall the precise word they intend to use and opts for a similar or related term. This is sometimes referred to as a "tip-of-the-tongue" phenomenon.
