Szennyvízcsatornázás refers to the system of underground pipes designed to transport wastewater from its source, such as homes and businesses, to a treatment plant or other disposal location. This infrastructure is crucial for public health and environmental protection, preventing the spread of diseases and minimizing pollution of natural water bodies. The process typically involves collecting both domestic wastewater, which includes water from sinks, toilets, showers, and washing machines, and sometimes industrial wastewater from commercial facilities.
