Sysinternals is a suite of advanced Windows system utilities originally developed by Mark Russinovich and Bryce Cogswell. In 2006, Microsoft acquired Sysinternals and has since continued to develop and offer the tools for free. The primary purpose of Sysinternals tools is to help users manage, troubleshoot, and understand their Windows-based systems.
